Yes, all BegHof watches are automatic. They run on the power of the wrist, so if you don't wear them for more than a few days, the mechanism stops.

It will therefore be sufficient to wind it manually and reset it to the correct time.

Simply turn the crown clockwise about fifteen times, and your wrist movements will take over.

First set the date! Then pull the crown out to the second notch, turn the hands clockwise until you reach the desired time.

Beware of the death zone!

Setting the date may seem easy but there is one mistake you should not make!

The date should never be changed between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. , otherwise there is a risk of damaging the movement .

Here's what to do:

- Set the time to 6:00 (to make sure you are not in the death zone).

- Set the date for the day before.

- Advance the time until the date turns.

- Finally, set the time, taking into account that the first turn of the dial will be before noon.
